FusionR® Sales Force Automation

FusionR® Sales Force Automation System (FusionR® SFA) is a member of the FusionR® application suite, developed by R&R Software. FusionR® SFA fully supports the sales agents, client representatives or filed force employees in their daily work and operative customer relationship management duties on hand-held, mobile computers, PDAs, while allowing the organization management to supervise and to control activities centrally.

The platform independent, for larger number of users and transactions designed FusionR® SFA provides outstanding availability and wide scalability. To enable integration of remote workforce operation into the central enterprise resource management solution, the FusionR® SFA is fully integrated to VERK/400, to FusionR® ERPS System, or can be integrated to other back-office systems.

The applied technology, the platform in dependency of FusionR® SFA provides low operation costs, low hardware and software maintenance fees on server and client side. The central, host centric application architecture enables the users to keep operation support and maintenance human requirements low. The flexible network and communication technology supported makes it possible to select most suitable and cost effective communication architecture.
