R&R Software as system integrator provides end-to-end, full scope project delivery related implementations of R&R Software´s solutions. The system integration services include the design and planning of the most suitable IT architecture, the delivery, installation, integration and optimization of the IT architecture components.

Solution implementation

R&R Sftware implements it´s business solutions based on the adaptation of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) project management methodology that includes the entire software design, development and implementation life cycle.

The entire operation of R&R Software is organized according to ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance standard.   Hot-Line Support (HLS) service. The service enables the customers to contact first level support experts, to send notices and requests to the customer service of R&R Software that will be processed by the second level support team. The customer requests are maintained electronically, according to the ISO specified processes.

 Web based customer request management portal. The customer request management portal is available for R&R Software´s contracted customers, it enables them to send requirements electronically to R&R Software´s customer service, to monitor communication and the life cycle of the process of their requirements.

 Electronic Customer Support (ECS) support service. ECS enables R&R Software´s second level support experts to access to customers operating environments through electronic channels, in order to provide support to R&R Software´s operating application environment.

 Local, on-site support. R&R Software consultants provide on-site consulting, operation support, training and other expert services, related to the operation of R&R Software´s application operation.
