Software Innovation Pole Cluster

The Software Innovation Pole Cluster was formed as the result of collaboration of major software research centres, companies and technology transfer organizations. Based upon cooperations so far the Members of the Cluster have realized that they can produce more competitive technologies, products and services if their developments are harmonized. By extending collaborations and by more efficient coordination of cooperations the Cluster offers its Members the consolidation of high added value R&D activities with related training and education, as well as the creation of knowledge intensive activities’ infrastructure.

R&R Software´s strategy is to focus on its customers´ success and satisfaction, R&D plays a key role in its activity. In order to provide services and products on the highest level R&R Software is open to cooperate with other companies to meet the customers' requirements.

Sopron Region IT Cluster

The main profile of the Cluster is to advance and support the IT related R&D and innovation activity. The main goal of the Cluster is to create a platform that informs small and medium-sized companies about products, services and deployment opportunities connected with methods.
The long term aim of the Sopron Region IT Cluster is to manage a regional, Sopron-centered science and knowledge base with Hungary, Slovakia and Austria, which is compatible with the international technological transfer systems already existing.

There are Sopron Region enterprises, companies owned by the local government, and the University of Western Hungary among founder members of the Cluster, that shows the importance of the involvement of professionals and undergraduates of this study field.

There has not been similar institutional cooperation so intensive in the region before.

R&R Software as the co-owner of the Sopron Rendszerház Ltd., operating in Sopron, takes part in the IT development of the region. R&R Software joined the Cluster in 2008.

Hungarian Association of Information Technology Companies

IVSZ has been operating for more than 18 years and has more than 300 members. The range is very large: besides all major multinational and telco companies one can find the largest Hungarian ICT enterprises as well as local SMEs.

The main aim of IVSZ is to achieve an internationally integrated innovative Hungarian infocommunications industry which can be highly competitive on the global market as well as able to become the priority sector of the Hungarian economy.

IVSZ is a catalyst carrier of Hungarian IT industry, by its high professional as well as ethical standards that contributes to strengthen a modern and competitive e-economy and society. Its mission statement is to positively influence the development of the Hungarian IT society by identifying and developing breakout-points and doing a massive lobby activity.

Besides being the consulting partner of local government and public administration IVSZ has a widespread international connection which enables IVSZ to give an effective support and representation of interests of its members both locally and internationally within the Union: IVSZ is also represented in the association of the biggest IT organization of the EU (DIGITALEUROPE).

Within the Hungarian ICT market it urges the spread of knowledge by doing lobby and tender activities in Brussels. Using active communication, IVSZ is trying to involve more and more members in the work with the alliance in order to create an effective cooperation.

Hungarian Water Utility Association

The Hungarian Water Utility Association is a socially organized professional organization, with independent legal entity, that was established in 1990 with a view to act as an independent intermediate, harmonizing and representing interests of the industry, offering trade developing and engineering services.
Moreover, 100 affiliated members represent the water industry and trade. Efforts of the Association taken on coordinating these organizations that are different not only in the number of staff, but in the conditions of services as well, will be more and more important on the following main task groups: representation and harmonization of interests, maintaining relations with national and foreign organizations and with  ministries, municipalities, with parliamentary, scientific and social committees, associations and with chambers; information circulation, technical, economic and administrative trainings, publications, conferences and program organization; the spread of advanced technologies and methods, cooperation with water industry and trade companies, as well as with local authorities and social organizations.
With Hungary's accession to the European Union the Association has became a member of the European Union of National Associations of Water Services (EUREAU) and maintains relations with numerous Hungarian and foreign organizations.

R&R Software’s main references are the large, regional water utility service providers: Heves Megyei Vízművek Zrt., Nyírségvíz Zrt, Pannon-Víz Zrt., but also offers the standard basic version of FusionR Utility edition to smaller providers, like Pécel Vízmű Zrt.

R&R Software joined the Association in 2002. This cooperation greatly enhance the possibilities to ensure products and services that truly meet the customers’ needs in the utility sector.

Mobile Innovation Centre

The Mobile Innovation Centre (MIK) was founded as a result of the call for proposals „The Establishment of R&D and Innovation Centre for Mobile Communication” supported by the National Office for Research and Technology. The Centre is based on the cooperation of universities, an academic research institution, industrial companies, suppliers and organisations dealing with scientific research and innovation, including the representatives of profit-oriented and non-profit sectors.

The Mobile Innovation Centre was established to solve the scientific and technological questions which contribute to the clearing up of the problems existing in future mobile and wireless systems, to the implementation of 3G services and to the introduction of later mobile and wireless communication technologies and to the development of the up-to-date applications on the systems. Furthermore, its aim is to draw in small and medium sized enterprises into the above- mentioned topics.

The Mobile Innovation Centre will actively participate in the research and development programs initiated by the European Union.

In the long term, the Mobile Innovation Centre strives for becoming the regional research and development centre of Hungary, and encourages the settlement of international high-tech companies and their capital investment in Hungary, contributing to the general raising of the technological level of the country, the creation of new workplaces and this way to the economic development of the country.

In cooperation with the MIK R&R Software strives to obtain up-to-date information on the products, services and business needs from the mobile and other telecommunication sector.

The strategic product of R&R Software is FusionR BSS that provides CRM and billing solutions to telecommunication companies supporting their retail and wholesale trade, accounting, billing and revenue assurance activities.
